Are you using the new forms?
The Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2008 came into force on 10 November 2008. The transitional period which allows the use of some old forms came to an end on 9 February 2009. Applications made after this date will be rejected (unless the provisions of rule 5 of the 2008 Rules apply) if they are not lodged on the new forms.
