On 27 April 2009 an updated version of the Technical Manual Part 2 will be published on the Land Registry website. Some electronic documents available in Network services have been enhanced to improve consistency and navigation. The Technical Manual Part 2 has been updated accordingly.

In addition, reference has been added to a new service.The e-CST has been introduced for statutory charge applications, which can be made only by the Legal Services Commission.

The Technical Manual can be viewed by selecting the �Terms and conditions� link at the bottom of any page on the website, and then selecting the name of the document you wish to view.
