Important developmentsLandnet 20Landnet is Land Registry's biannual magazine for practitioners, covering policy, practice and news from the organisation. In Landnet 20, we report on the changes affecting Land Registry offices this autumn. We also highlight our new early completion policy and the land registration rules amendments that come into force on 1 October. We look in depth at the principal methods for releasing restrictive covenants, the protection available for property owners following a relationship breakdown and how to proceed when easements are contained in an unregistered lease. Other articles focus on the launch of electronic charges, Land Registry's range of add value products and services, and the work being done to register the London 2012 Olympics site and its associated infrastructure.
